The specific work performed is based on what you request and what our crew can safely and lawfully handle on-site.

Estimates & Pricing

Any price quoted through our website, by phone, or by text is an estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing is typically confirmed on-site before work begins and is based on factors such as the volume, weight, type, and accessibility of the items. We aim to be upfront with our pricing, and we will not begin work until you approve the confirmed price.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Access

• We will do our best to arrive within any scheduled window, but arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, prior jobs, or other factors outside our control.
• Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the items being removed, and for confirming that the items are yours to dispose of or that you have permission to have them removed.

Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and legal reasons, there are certain items we cannot haul, including hazardous materials (such as chemicals, paint, asbestos), biological or medical waste, and propane tanks. If you are unsure whether we can take something, ask us before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline any item at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you fail to pay amounts owed, you may be responsible for reasonable costs of collection permitted by law.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the items and location so we can quote and complete the job.
• Remove or secure any personal, valuable, or private items you do not want hauled away before we arrive.
• Confirm that no items handed to us are prohibited or hazardous.

Once items are removed and hauled away, they may be recycled, donated, or disposed of and generally cannot be recovered. Please double-check that nothing you wish to keep is included in the load.

Limitation of Liability

We take care to perform our work professionally. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haul Yeah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. If you believe we caused damage during a job, please contact us promptly so we can address it.
